TERMINI E CONDIZIONI

1. L’orario di Check-in è dalle 16:00 alle 20:00 e l’orario di check-out è fino alle 10:00.

2. L’ospite riconosce la responsabilità solidale per tutti i servizi fino alla completa liquidazione delle fatture.

3. Gli ospiti saranno ritenuti responsabili di eventuali perdite o danni alle stanze causati da loro stessi, dai loro amici o da chiunque sia responsabile.

4. La direzione non è responsabile degli oggetti personali e di valore degli ospiti, come denaro, gioielli o qualsiasi altro oggetto di valore lasciato dagli ospiti nelle camere.

5. Non sono disponibili cassette di sicurezza nelle camere.

6. Indipendentemente dalle istruzioni di addebito, l’ospite riconosce di essere personalmente responsabile del pagamento di tutte le spese maturate per conto degli ospiti durante il soggiorno.

CONDIZIONI DI RIMBORSO E MODIFICA PER PRENOTAZIONI DI MAX 2 NOTTI:

1) Non vengono riconosciuti rimborsi per cancellazioni e/o richieste di modifica effettuate il giorno stesso dell'arrivo.

2) Per cancellazioni e/o richieste di modifica effettuate nel giorno precedente a quello dell'arrivo si rimborsa il 50% della prenotazione.

3) Per richieste di modifica effettuate nel giorno precedente a quello dell'arrivo si rimborsa il 50% della prenotazione già effettuata e si richiede nuova prenotazione.

4) In tutti gli altri casi si rimborsa il 100% della prenotazione.

NOTA BENE:

A) I rimborsi vengo effettuati esclusivamente tramite bonifico bancario, trattenendo le eventuali spese bancarie per pagamenti con carta di credito.

B) Per la politica di rimborso per soggiorni superiori alle 2 notti si prega di contattarci.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services until the complete settlement of the invoices.

3. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or whoever is responsible.

4. The management is not responsible for guests' personal and valuables, such as money, jewelry or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.

5. There are no safety deposit boxes in the rooms.

6. Regardless of the debit instructions, the guest acknowledges that he is personally responsible for paying all expenses accrued on behalf of the guests during the stay.

REFUND AND MODIFICATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS OF UP TO 2 NIGHTS:

1) No refunds will be given for cancellations and/or requests for changes made on the day of arrival.

2) For cancellations made on the day prior to arrival, 50% of the reservation will be refunded.

3) For requests for changes made on the day prior to arrival, 50% of the booking already made will be refunded and a new booking is requested.

4) In all other cases, 100% of the reservation will be refunded.

NOTICE:

A) Refunds are made exclusively by bank transfer, withholding any bank charges for payments by credit card.
